Yu-Gi-Oh! European Championships - A Winner stands alone..

Europe’s best players gathered in Amsterdam on the 21st and 22nd of June for the 3rd Yu-Gi-Oh! European Championships.

Greece’s Vasilis Boulbasakos was the victor in the quest to become the new European Champion. His success will qualify him for the World Championships in Berlin, Germany along with Finalist Claudio Kirchmair and Semi-Finalists David Dursun and Terence Figueiredo.

Congratulations to all of them and best of luck in the World Championships in Berlin this August!

UK players also did us proud, with the highest placing player, Chris Kirkham, finishing in 10th place. Chris was runner-up in the UK Nationals, but unfortunately just missed out on gaining an invite to the World Championships. Unlucky Chris, bring on next year!
